The Capri Restaurant Opens At Miracle Springs Resort

Desert Hot Springs, CA – (October 2, 2011) – The popular Capri Restaurant, a Desert Hot Springs landmark for nearly 35 years, will open at Miracle Springs Resort & Spa on Thursday, October 6th, announced Miracle Springs president Mike Bickford.
“The Capri and our sister property, the Desert Hot Springs Spa, have been here since the 70s,” said Bickford. “I’m very pleased we can keep the Capri here in town at Miracle Springs Resort.”
The new menu features signature Capri dishes plus several exciting new offerings. In true Capri tradition, the finest hand-cut to order steaks will be served, along with homemade Italian sausage and meatballs, homemade desserts and seasonal local produce. Weekly Specials will be inspired by the latest trends in fine dining.
The Capri is also a favorite meeting place in town, not only for discerning foodies, but also for community clubs, organizations, campaign fundraisers and election parties.
